We received 6 negative reviews for brunch service. You’re on the right track. That was an off day. There was a festival nearby that actually had the opposite effect. We assumed we were going to be slow, but instead we had a record breaking brunch. Our regulars knew that was an off day. But for new comers like you, you assumed we sucked. I hope you will consider coming back. I’m happy to treat you to your next meal on me. I know you will find the experience to be much better. To answer your question, no don’t believe this review will help us or other. Because you came on an unusual day. From my perspective it does harm as it is not the standard.
