Dear unrockstar! Many thanks for your kind words! In Great Bistro we use biodegradable plates, cups and take-away boxes. They are made of sugarcane/corn! Thats why they all go in the same bin :) We are working on a way to be able to use proper plates and glasses but in the meanwhile this is the most sustainable solution we've found :) Thank you for your review and hope we'll see you again!
