It was brought to the attention of the manager by multiple people, including myself. The manager confirmed that some of their drinks aren't vegan. I don't know why you assumed that no staff confirmed. Talking about animal product usage on a vegan food app isn't "accusatory". I even gave 3* since the food is good, so I dont see what the problem is..
