I think your criticism of this place is unwarranted. Egyptian / Arabic / Middle Eastern moussaka is not the same as Greek moussaka. Yes it contains eggplant and tomato, but it’s quite different and has no bechamel or cheese. Your photo shows the dish is made in the Egyptian style, and looks delicious. I wouldn’t be particularly pleasant with you either if I’d served you that beautiful dish and you chucked a tanty over it because you’re ignorant about this type of cuisine. Sometimes Middle Eastern moussaka can even be served cold… Keep an open mind or research the cuisine from countries you’re not familiar with when trying new places, and you’ll be much less disappointed in future.
