Your experience with the fries on the vegan burger was a training issue. All vegan burgers should be served with vegan fries that omit the cheese and are cooked in a dedicated fryer for vegan foods only. As for the bun, we're still looking for the perfect vegan bun that isn't also gluten free (which may come off as dry). Also, the vegan pastas are 100% vegan. We do not use egg in our mix. We use pasta grade semolina flour and water for every pasta on the menu. In the case of the umami pasta, we add porcini powder to the mix, and the vegan cream is cashew based. All pasta is made in house. I apologize that your first experience with us was unsatisfactory and hope you'll give us another chance in the future. -Chef James
