Jibiki, Panacea in Wilmington is an all vegan brewery/restaurant with amazing pub style food. When you come down, definitely check it out. In Southport try Cafe Koa. Melanie (owner) goes out of her way to accommodate vegans. There are some vegan offerings (always so delicious), and she will work with you to veganize other items if you choose to do that. Usually a vegan cake option, too!
