Dear Meh, thank you for your review. We are sad that you did not have a good experience. We make our tamales in house and a dry tamale is not what we would want you to experience. If you decide to give us another opportunity, please ask for Dina. I would very much like to meet you. Our Guacamole is made with avocado, tomatoes & sea salt. Because we have patrons with many different dietary needs, we offer onions, jalapenos, lime or lettuce on the side. This allows you to add to your liking. Our complimentary salsas, both the mild & hot are raw & organic. We do not cook our salsas in order to retain the nutrients & freshness. As we have done for 55 years. Perhaps this is why it seemed slushy to you. We give one complimentary basket of chips and yes, your guacamole dip comes with chips unless you ordered only a side cup of guacamole. We do not serve Daiya cheese, we only use Violife cheese because we have found it to be a better quality for our patrons. I sincerely hope you give us another opportunity.
