Ok, to make it very concrete. The tagliatelle with seitan ragout just tasted salty. There would be so much room for making it more tasty using onions, garlic, tomato sauce, oregano etc. This is what I meant by not very tasty. I am vegan for over ten years so I have a lot of comparison. And there are also a lot of options in Firenze nowadays, luckily.
