Everything is organic. We don’t sell any cans that can be purchased for $3 anywhere. Quesadilla is $11 and comes with local hazelnut cheese, house made organic guacamole, organic heirloom salsa, organic coconut sour cream (it is fermented coconut yes and delightful) and the the hazelnut cheese is a raw organic product for highest nutrient uptake. We focus on plant focused organic healthy foods that can still taste like comfort foods. There are plenty of cheap fast food places out there that are cheap due to underpaid workers, gmo filled ingredients, highly processed ingredients, underpaid farmers, etc. but we choose to pay people fairly and get quality ingredients which is strange in the restaurant world but we stand tall next to it!
