Hi. Again ... Again : small island = small market. Still, we do have staff & preservations initiatives to pay for. For that reason, we won't stop having chicken and cow milk on the menu. We would prefer to not offer those options but at the end the day, they makes 75% of our revenues and someone has to pay the bills ... Nevertheless, our efforts are listed on the 1st page of the menu, available on our website. Not trying to convince you or get to an argument. Just feeling insulted by your short cut. Anyway, thanks for your feedback.
