We are not a vegan restaurant but we do serve many items that do not contain animal products. We have a small kitchen and just one deep fryer so our hard tacos are fried in the same oil and there is cross contamination. We now serve Tostadas and Soft Tacos with our plant based TVP and other items that simply have no meat substitute. It's not perfect, just as close as we can get. Mike
