We did want to make sure you knew for next time the sausage itself is vegan (we love it!) and the whole panini is available vegan. We offer it both ways to accommodate all our community. The panini has great flavor so much so, that it's as delicious without the mayo and cheese. Thanks again for reviewing our shop on happycow and we hope to see you again!
