Approximately since Q2/2023 the regular menu got a veganizing update: Vegan share has risen from 7 vegan/67 dishes, 10% vegan—statistically irrelevant—to 11 vegan/71 dishes, 15% vegan—statistically relevant—some of which were taken over from the irregular 'Menu della Casa´ of Jan 2023, 'Veganuary - Dry January'. The 4 new vegan dishes are: • Antipasti - 'OLIVE VERDI - Green jumbo olives with stone' • Pizza - 1st vegan pizza on regular menu - 'FORZA - Vegan pizza melt 1,2, vegan chicken substitute based on pea protein, spinach, bell pepper, onions, garlic' • Pasta - 'SPAGHETTI POMODORO E BASILICO - Sugo di Pomodoro Sugo di Pomodoro, basil, onions, garlic' • Pasta - MACCHERONCINI COLORATI - Fresh pasta with grilled vegetables, cherry tomatoes and onions in a fine tomato sauce'
