I do not think that we have misunderstood anything, if you are unfriendly to someone especially the guest. Likewise, the guest waits an hour without saying that you have to reserve. (You could at least put this on Happycow or on your own homepage so that you know what you are doing). In my profile is not without reason cook, I also work in the vegan gastro and I know what staff shortage means. We still gave the restaurant a 2nd chance and have called, they said they have no place - everything was empty at the time and at the end of the conversation we have heard from the restaurant laughter.
