Hello there, I am incredibly sorry for that order experience, it sounds very frustrating and we totally understand your annoyance. Just to explain what happened that day. We were having some technical issues with our Shrewsbury eats printing machine, where orders are not translating on the screen to what they print on the ticket. However we have a new system where we look directly at the screen as apposed to the printed out tickets as they are not reliable orders. Thank you so much for flagging your concern as we do really appreciate the help in being the best we can be! Next time you pop in, please let us know and we would love to treat you to something off our menu to compensate for your experience. All the best, George and Katie 🙂
