Thanks for your feedback! I was able to alleviate my allergy symptoms by eating organic clean food, and COMECO CAFE was born out of my desire to deliver this to people who also suffer from allergies. So we do not use all the additives, such as MSG, preservatives and colorings. We use fermented seasonings to add umami instead of using MSG, use fresh ingredients instead of using preservatives, and use organic seasonal vegetables & fruits from local as much as we can. The breadcrumbs covering the organic tofu cutlets are also handmade from bread. We make everything from scratch. That makes our price slightly higher, but we believe that is good for your health and our earth.
