Good quality natural organic ingredients without preservative or nasty additives may not taste so much different on sushi, but we believe it has health benefits and amazing fresh flavors. I was able to alleviate my allergy symptoms by eating organic food without additives, and COMECO CAFE was born out of my desire to deliver this to people who also suffer from allergies. So we will continue to make our food tasty and healthy by not using all the additives, such as MSG, preservatives and colourings, and instead use fermented seasonings and fresh ingredients, and organic seasonal vegetables & fruits from local.
