Dear customer, thank you very much for your precious review. We're so sorry that you had an unpleasant experience in our cafe. The self-order system lets customers make orders to meet different needs(by choosing plant-based or non-vegan ingredients), and we prepare the food strictly based on it. But sadly we didn't receive your feedback about the food right at that moment, so we have no idea which part had gone wrong in this case. Once again we feel very sorry we didn't have a solution for you in time.
