I'm sorry your visit wasn't entirely positive, we are increasing our berry to bircher ratio moving forwards. Regarding the hot chocolate, could you elaborate a little bit on how it wasn't properly made? I am glad you enjoyed the beans on toast. Thanks again, Charlie
