The smashed macarons are sold as "Smashcarons" which are sold at half the price, so rest assured, no one paid full price for them! The prices of our products reflect using 100% gmo-free and 98% organic ingredients. French pastries are very labor intensive as they take 3 days to fully make, and I like to make sure our employees are compensated for their time well. Our "Ham & Cheese" and Croissant Aux Amandes are our best sellers, so please send me an email address and I will get you both croissants on the house to make up for your experience.
