The sous chef prepared three wonderful dishes with no olive oil: A fava bean dip, a Moroccan couscous salad, and grilled vegetables, you told me you were disappointed because the food did not have a Mediterranean taste to it, if we can't use olive oil then how can we give you that feeling. I have to say that it was a mistake on my part to say yes and therefore I do apologize.
