Haha! Brilliant Frankie! That was EXACTLY why we opened our cafe. My wife was vegan long before me and was sick of falafel on a 'fry-up'. We like to call ourselves 'full-fat' vegan, although we do offer greenery as we are an inclusive space ;) Thanks for the compliments about our rashers, which we make in house and also sell through several retail outlets in the SE.
