Hello, Thank you so much for taking the trouble to review us, especially on HC! We are glad you had such a friendly experience and thought the food worth the wait. We do endeavour to get all customers orders out ASAP but with only one chef and a very small team (we can't actually fit more staff than four in our operating space), some orders do wait. We do also try to give customers an idea if theirs will be one of them! Thank you for your patience.... and reading the menu. We hope to see you again when you visit next.
