Hey there!! We are saddened that our service didn't meet your or our own standards. We hold ourselves to high standards and believe that this isn't representative of us typically so hope you won't judge us too harshly on it! Regarding our evening service changeover, the team are told when to start taking orders once the kitchen is ready so that may explain the slight delay there. Since your visit, we have had a turnover of staff and a new menu put in place so we hope you'll give us another try to make things right! Take care and all the best!! X
