Hi Jonathan, We're extremely sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience. I don't know when you ate the tempeh ramen, but shortly after introducing it we decided to make a bunch of changes as we weren't completely happy with the result. Still, that's no excuse for your subpar meal, but I do hope this was the reason. I can sincerely and whole-heartedly recommend to you and anyone reading this to always talk to your server / the restaurant (not just ours, but any). That way we can: fix the problem, offer you a new dish, give you a free dessert or even give you your money back. (It's kind of like "I didn't take the time to talk to them personally about the problem. but I wanna tell the whole world they suck.) Now, you had a bad meal, we are stuck with a bad review and all all I can do is apologize. Anyway, we do appreciate that you believe this is NOT a proper representation of our food - because as you also mention, we have very good reviews overall. If you are ever in the neighborhood again - come by and we'll treat you to a tasty meal.
