Thank you so much for your review and feedback! The portion/price balance is always a challenge for any restaurant owner, us alike. Since we make everything ourselves, we just wanted you to know that you had a homemade cheakpea tofu with Kalymnian thyme. A larger portion would make this plate really expensive, and a lower price would make us buy a commercial soya tofu. We chose accordingly. Being climbers, we've designed special plates, like Dhal Bat, the only one with a free refill in the entire island. Sometimes judging from one shot, could be tricky.
