Dear Gabriela, Thanks for your review about out food and our service ! Concerning the desserts, we normally use very low amount of sugar in them (4cl of vanilla syrup in 1L of soy cream). On the picture you posted it is the one infused with Hybiscus flowers from Egypt that gives an extra hint of acidity (we might have add an extra amount of sugar to balance the acidity in this batch). Sorry if it was not to your taste... Next time, do not hesitate to tell us directly during service that you do not like it (instead of commenting on it on Happycow and leaving with a bad memory of it...).
