It should be noted that our 'limited hours' are necessary if we are to serve only fresh, freshly made food, personally cooked each day by our Ayurvedic Chef Prakash.. We believe that freshly cooked food is nothing like the reheated, refrigerated, frozen, packaged food served at basically every other restaurant, school and hospital in this country. Unfortunately, unless we had two professional Ayurvedic Chefs, it would not be possible to serve truly fresh 'sattvic' food, personally prepared by a professional Ayurvedic Chef, if we were open longer.
