Hi Shannon, Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. You are quite right, we are not an exclusively vegan or vegetarian establishment... our ethos was to try and offer something for everyone, whether that is dietary preference or dietary requirement. The name Oaty Goat is based on the legend of Khaldi (a goat herder that originally discovered the coffee bean when his goats were eating the berries and going hyper :-). The Oaty bit.... probably our favourite milk to have in any hot drink We have recently added plant based ony options to our menu and have tried to call them out in a much more obvious way. Our latest additions are a fishless fish finger bun aswell as offering our popular Oaty Goat Breakfast plant based using Moving Mountain Sausages. Our bubble waffles remain vegan, and we offer more vegan ice cream flavours than dairy. We do though need to make it clearer on our menu which of our dishes can be made plant based, so we will incorporate more of this when we redo our menu's again Once again, thank you for taking the time to feedback Nick and Sarah
