Dear Mick, First of all, thanks to visit us and taste our cuisine. We are a new gastronomy concept in a food market. Sorry if you hope to find a traditional restaurant. We offer our cuisine in a station of the market. We work hard everyday in order to improve and offer our guest a high quality of food, with seasonal products that we change as in a market concept. Maybe when you visit us we was working with strawberry more than other fruits, based in the season. Now for example we work with peach and watermelon, for summer. We take noted your comments about variety in order to improve it. Respect smokers, we are in a non smoking area...is forbidden in all market. We do not understand well how from upstairs you smell strongly the smoke from outside. Most of our products are organics, and always try to use a high level percent of these products, we use a creole raw cocoa, and products from craft producers.
