So sorry about the lack of communication of your visit, but I am sure we were busy whether it was evident or not, as much of our setup and systems were incredibly inefficient at the time. Outdoor service was not offered because we didn't have the capacity. We have since remodeled and remedied many of these issues. We now offer service outside as we are able, but takeout has always been welcome. You are absolutely right the kitchen staff should have had their hair pulled back, but we did have employees with medical accommodations around wearing face coverings. With our open kitchen, we figured there was transparency and anyone uncomfortable with that could dine elsewhere, since our staff and one owner couldn't work elsewhere. As far as the wait, I can only speculate, but would guess there was likely something, like the mushroom gravy or crepe batter, being made from scratch, as we never stand around waiting to make orders! We have always done our best and I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. If you are able to give us another chance I'd like to make up for your negative experience if possible. We have a whole new layout and expanded team and new menu. My apologies again. Sincerely, Marci
