We apologise for your experience. We pride ourselves on being a friendly, helpful community shop. We can assure everyone that everything in our shop is 100% vegan. We think the product in question is Isabels gluten free, dairy free yorkie pud mix. The ingredients are vegan and the product can be made using an egg replacer. Sorry again for any confusion this may have caused.
