Dear Jan, thanks for your visit a comments. We are very sorry to jear you found our waiters unfriendly, it is not our usual standard, please accept our apologies. Regarding vegan options, we have been working on offering more alternatives. Last year it was mostly about getting the vegetarian options, cheeseless and customising to taste. We offer a lot of flexibility. For example a pizza vegetariana with tomato sauce, grilled aubergines, grilled zucchini, grilled peppers and basil. You can add mushrooms or nuts for example. Or the penne all arrabiatta with no shaved parmesan and others. We are currently trying a new vegan cheese with great reviews to see if it is up to standards, but until this moment have not liked any of the ones we have tried and just prefer to go cheeseless.
