Dear valued guest, thank you for eating at our dumpling eatery. We are very sorry to hear that you did not notice the green 'V' sign which is placed by us behind every vegan item on the menu - on the calkboard as well as on our printed menu which also can be found on our website. In Germany it is common to mark items on the menu this way to make vegans aware of all plantbased dishes.
