Hey Alicia! We're really surprised to hear about your experience. Soggy fries are definitely not the norm. We pride ourselves on our crispy fries. And whether our vegan burger was too bland or too salty, we certainly apologize as that is also not the norm. We have a lot of repeat vegan/vegetarian customers that come in often for that burger.
