Addressing your comment about the tips: Unlike in European countries and other places in the world, where tips are not so common and usually only for the waiter, here in Mexico it is custom that tips are shared among the whole team, ie. all of the kitchen staff, cleaning staff and waitering staff (and only for the staff, not the owner). We apologize that you felt offended by being asked if you want to leave a tip, as it was only a question. If you don’t wish to leave a tip for the person preparing your food, then this is totally fine and your choice and no one in our team will demand it from you. Tips are always voluntary and never an obligation.
