We are sorry to have dissapointed you. Please find below our answers to your four review points: 1. I am sorry on behalf of the staff. Our customers are more than happy with the way the staff treats them. We welcome the customers and make them feel comfortable. I guess that you had a bad coincidence where a new staff member had been training😒Sorry again about this. 2. The menu clearly stated which options had honey. However we have COMPLETELY removed honey to make the store 100% Vegan friendly. Please see our current menu in the following link (https://www.anthema.gr/data/AnMenuEN.pdf) 3. Our burger looks small because of the absence of gluten. The burger buns can't be big when gluten is not present and when all ingredients are organic & not raising additives have been used. Our onions are being properly caramelized using the traditional method when slowly cooking them in low heat, leeting their natural sugars extract & a natural caramelization process takes place. The chips that we used are homemade chips using the dehydration process which gives the healthiest of result. However these chips have been substituted now air fried wedges !! 4. In our desserts we are only using natural fruit and NO artificial aromas. For this reason the desserts don't come out extremely fruity, but more earthy and healthy indeed !! I am so sorry that you had to give us an OVERALL Disappointment as a review. We are doing our best to serve the most healthiest organic options to our customers.
