Hi Bakel, thank you kindly for taking the time to share your experience with Gys with us. We are very sad to read the experience you had wasn't what you expected of us. We fully agree with what you state about ventilation during winter. For this reason, in the beginning of next year, Gys will undergo a renovation to improve the acoustics, ventilation and other important aspects of the restaurant which need improvement. We are very sad to read you have the feeling the food wasn't up to standards.
