Hi there, we’re really sorry that you hand à Brad expérience with the Bagel. The Bread is freshly Baker rachète morning and the texture come from the fact that it bas to be boiled but we fixes that quickly ! Sorry for the price but there is nothing we can do as organic products are a bit pricy in France sadly, as for the salade, we’re only cooking with season Greens so it mostl’y carrot, salad, céleri, mushroom and a balsamic cream vinegar 😌 We Hope to see you another Time to taste our new dishes 😇
