Extremely sorry,and a humble request please give us another chance,we are India's first all vegan store and cafe and have put in a lot of efforts,please see our ratings through every where,4.7 on google etc we do have a small staff but doing our best,on that day our chef had met with an accident and i had to send our staff with him,i immediately sorted it but that moment you came we were unprepared. Not an excuse but aprimise your next visit will be memorable. We love taking care of our guests and since you were dissatisfied we took back the bill. Extremely sorry but very confident that if you come again it will be a different experience.
