Unfortunately, due to a shortage of Chefs in the local area since the end of the lockdowns and as the owner of the business, I've had to jump in the kitchen myself a number of times. However, being a single parent, trying to juggle running my business and being a mum, has meant I've had to leave the kitchen early occasionally to be with my children. I can only apologise that it was on one of these occasions that you called in.
