This actually happened to me at least twice (getting the kimchi wrap instead of cauliflower cheese pita). Both times I had already left and felt confused but didnāt do anything about it. The kimchi item was actually 10RMB less so this sort of substitution definitely was not fair. That said, it is hard to train staff and overall the staff ability have been improving in recent months. I think they are solid and they learn lessons. This is a boutique place. And the food is made fresh to order. I would recommend giving them another try despite the annoyance of the swapped item with no communication.
