The kitchen hours are outlined on both Facebook and Instagram accounts and Happy cow has been notified in the past but has preferred to post the opening hours. They will be notified again. What an awful experience for you, if you are ever in Luxembourg again please email paul@thetube.lu about this experience and everything will be on the house.
