The Pizza crust is Gluten Free and made locally in Alton, NH. It is quite delicious! The Buffalo Wings have sauce and a buffalo rub, but they are dipped before being cooked, not after to control the spiciness. The BBQ wings are dipped before and after in the most delicious BBQ sauce. As for the Caesar Wrap, just ask for more. They are known for their Caesar Wraps and Wings!
