Hi! Just wanted to let you know that Carrburritos has many vegan options, not just one! The only vegetarian option that is not vegan is the sweet potato, which you know about. I'd recommend trying Tofu Tuesday or getting a tostada the next time you're in! All of the cooks are familiar vegan/vegetarian foods and will gladly help you out if you ask them what to get!
