Thank you for the positive comments about our food and operations. It appears you were in for lunch. Dinner starts at 5 p.m., the price goes up ($14.95 for the full buffet, $8.95 for the "blueplate special") and we put out two entrees. At least one will be vegan and gluten-free, with tofu, tvp or tempeh, and the other may have dairy. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, both are vegan. We have also initiated a specials menu recently which includes a soy-based vegan sausage sandwich on our foccacia bread - this is usually available all day.
