Hello! My name is Tessa and I am a bartender at Oakside. I am vegan & just want to make a few corrections. Out of the three vegetarian bowls, only two are vegan. The Korean “beef” is made with egg. (So vegetarian not vegan friendly). Also, the brioche bun that comes with the impossible burger is also made with egg so to make vegan, need to do a lettuce wrap or just no bun.
