We’re sorry you had a bad experience with us. We use organic, good quality produce and nearly everything in the cafe is made in-house, which I know most big chains don’t do…. So, £17.50 for 2 people surely isn’t too bad? We are generous in our portions, particularly our hot food menu, so maybe a better option next time. Appreciate the feedback though, please let us know in the future on the day so we can do our best to ensure quality control for staff working.
