The bikes were brought in and taken out by staff members when I went to the restaurant. Bikes are a hygiene issue if you move them around the seating area of the restaurant. Comparing that to bringing in children is a bit strange. Catbar is also advertised as a restaurant on HappyCow so people expect food and not mainly beer. I would recommend to vegans a restaurant like Veggie Garden which has an extensive and varied vegan menu and where you can eat comfortably without having to move to accommodate bikes or other things. As I mentioned in my previous message, Catbar might be ok if you eat burgers but I didn't choose that option.
