Thank you very much for the review. So the burger that you had was a Kids Burger - first not vegan and second for children. A lot of kids don‘t like tomatoes, salad or cucumber on his burger, so we make only the sauce and the patty on the bun. If there will be one day where somebody ask for salad or tomato on it, that will be no problem. Our salad are all seasoned, but you could ask if you want more dressing. You waited an hour, that could be possible if the restaurant and our delivery service is fully booked. We work with an small staff, and our food is cooked fresh so its possible that sometimes it took longer, I‘m sorry for that. Cheers from Echternach
